1. Shipping Options

At Patel Traders, we offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

FREE for orders above ₹500
Express Shipping 1-2 business days ₹100
Same-Day Delivery Same day (orders placed before 12 PM) ₹150 (Available only in Ahmedabad)
Bulk Orders 3-7 business days Custom quote based on order size and location

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Ahmedabad and surrounding areas 1-2 days
  • Major cities in Gujarat 2-3 days
  • Other cities in India 3-5 days
  • Remote areas 5-7 days

For international shipping, please contact our customer service team for a custom quote.

3. Order Processing

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Here's what happens after you place an order:

  1. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  2. Our team will process and pack your order within 1-2 business days.
  3. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  4. You can track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Note: During peak seasons (like back-to-school or exam periods), order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following shipping carriers to deliver your orders:

BlueDart

DTDC

Delhivery

India Post

The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order in two ways:

  • Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" in your account dashboard.
  • Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's website.

If you have any questions about your order status, please contact our customer service team with your order number.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping restrictions:

  • Same-day delivery is only available in Ahmedabad for orders placed before 12 PM.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹10,000 and may not be available in certain remote areas.
  • Certain items (like chemicals or large equipment) may have additional shipping restrictions or charges.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

We will notify you of any significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is damaged during shipping or lost in transit:

  1. For damaged packages, please refuse delivery or note the damage when signing for the package.
  2. Take photos of the damaged package and contents.
  3. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
  4. For lost packages, please contact us if your tracking information hasn't updated in 3 business days or if your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
