Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse our products and add items to your cart
  2. Click on the cart icon to review your items
  3. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
  4. Enter your shipping information and select a payment method
  5. Review your order and click "Place Order"

You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

You can modify or cancel your order only if it hasn't been processed yet:

  • For modifications (such as changing quantities or shipping address), please contact our customer service team immediately

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. In such cases, you may need to return the items after receiving them.

We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Same-day delivery is currently available only in Ahmedabad.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose:

  • Within Ahmedabad: 1-2 business days (same-day available)
  • Major cities in Gujarat: 2-3 business days
  • Other cities in India: 3-5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions and local holidays.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Find the order containing the item you want to return
  3. Click "Return Items" and follow the instructions
  4. Print the return shipping label (if provided)
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Attach the return shipping label and drop off the package at the nearest courier location

You can also initiate a return by contacting our customer service team.

Once we receive your returned item, it takes 3-5 business days to inspect and process the return. After approval, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediately available in your account

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer, which requires your bank account details.

  • A nominal COD handling fee of ₹40 may apply
